The Bay Area Air District ("Air District") is seeking qualified California-licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, and related services at Air District facilities throughout its nine-county jurisdiction.Services will include routine and emergency plumbing work on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor(s) will be required to provide qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to complete authorized work in accordance with applicable licensing, public works, prevailing wage, and California Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") requirements. The resulting contract(s) will be for a five (5) year term with a total budget of $50,000.
