On-Call Paving and Roadway Improvements

Description

Lancaster County, South Carolina (herein referred to as the “County”) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified, independent firms (herein referred to as the “Contractor,” or “Proposer”) to provide County wide paving and roadway improvements on an as-needed basis. The resulting contract(s) will be established under which the County may issue individual projects for specific roadway and paving projects during the contract term.The County does not guarantee a minimum quantity, dollar amount , or number of projects under this contract. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, tools, traffic control, testing, permits, incidentals, and other resources necessary to complete each authorized project in accordance with the contract documents.
