The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide on-call moving and installation services. Services include, but is not limited to, office moves; building and field site relocations; furniture, fixtures, and equipment assembly and disassembly; surplus removal and disposal; and secure off-site storage.The contract is anticipated to commence April 2026 for an initial three-year term. The Air District may extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms at the Air District’s sole and absolute discretion. There is no guarantee of any minimum amount of services that may be requested during the term of the contract.
