On-Call Grant Development, Compliance, and Technical Advisory Services

Description

This solicitation is being administered by NEORide on behalf of CityBus (Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation). The resulting contract, if awarded, will be between CityBus and the selected consultant. NEORide is serving solely as the procurement administrator for this solicitation.CityBus is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to establish an on-call professional services contract for grant development, compliance, and technical advisory services. The selected consultant will serve as an extension of Agency staff, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the grant lifecycle—from identifying funding opportunities and preparing competitive applications to grant administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and project closeout. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis through individually authorized task assignments and are intended to support CityBus's capital improvement program, fleet modernization efforts, technology investments, facility improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
