On-Call General Contractor (for minor construction and repairs)

Description

Lancaster County, South Carolina is soliciting proposals from qualified General Contractors to provide on-call General Contractor services for various needs. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for performing a range of tasks including repairs, renovations, new construction, and emergency response work. Services may span multiple disciplines such as carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and site development, depending on the scope of each individual project.This on-call contract is intended to support timely, cost-effective execution of County initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Work assignments will be issued on an as-needed basis, and contractors must demonstrate the ability to respond promptly, maintain high standards of workmanship, and coordinate effectively with County staff and other stakeholders.
