On-Call General Building, Interior Repair, Drywall, and Cabinet Replacement Services at Authority Properties

Description

The Palm Desert Housing Authority ("Authority") is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors ("Contractor" or "Proposers") to establish a Maintenance Services Agreement ("Agreement") for a one (1)-year term with an option to renew for four (4) 1-year terms with one or more qualified contractors.Work may include drywall patching and replacement, ceiling repairs, texture matching, interior patch-back work, minor trim and baseboard repairs, cabinet removal and replacement with vendor-furnished materials, cabinet repair or adjustment, optional priming or painting when requested, and coordination with affected trades where necessary to complete authorized work orders ("Project"). No minimum amount of work is guaranteed, and work will be performed only when authorized by the Authority.To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the Authority intends to procure the Services, as described in this solicitation.
