On Call Financial Consulting Services for Development Impact Fee Programs, Community Facilities Districts, and Related Financial Analyses

The County of Sacramento (“County”), is soliciting qualifications and proposals from experienced firms to provide on‑call financial consulting services supporting development impact fee programs, Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), special tax modeling, fiscal impact analyses, and other financial analyses as needed.When submitting a proposal, Proposers must follow the format and contents detailed in within the solicitation. Failure to do so will likely prolong the evaluation process and could result in a proposal not being considered.Please refer to OpenGov Procurement, Project Details for instructions on electronic submittal. Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted. Failure to submit a proposal on time may be grounds for rejection of the proposal; however, the County reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept proposals after the proposal due date.
