The following services are being solicited:A. General Building Improvement ContractorsB. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVACC. On-Call Electrical ServicesD. On-Call Mechanical Services-PlumbingE. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank ServicesF. On-Call Painting Services Bidders may bid on one or multiple service areas depending on qualifications and licensing. This is an indefinite quantity contract where no minimum quantity is guaranteed. Inasmuch as any work under this agreement will be done "as required", there is no guarantee that work will be on a continual basis.
