On-Call Environmental Planning and Analysis Services

VTA Seeks Proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental planning on-call services and/or technical expertise for environmental planning consulting services (“Proposals”). Firms must submit a Proposal only for services they provide.VTA intends to enter into Master Contracts with qualified firms in each of the categories listed below. Once work is identified and contracts fully executed, requests for proposals for specific task orders will be sent to the firms that have qualified in the relevant qualification category. The highest ranked proposal for the work will be assigned the Task Order. Since this RFP is funded by Federal, state, and/or local tax dollars, each contract will have requirements based on the relevant funding sources. Such requirements will be more precisely defined in each contract when the source of funding is known for each scope of work assigned. Proposers may submit qualifications for one or more categories listed as 1 to 7 below in a single proposal. On the first page of the proposal, Proposer must list all categories for which it wishes to be considered. Categories:1.    Prime Environmental Planning 2.    Air Quality/Greenhouse Emissions 3.    Biological (technical specialist)4.    Water Quality/Hydrology and Floodplain5.    Cultural Resources 6.    Noise and Vibration 7.    Sustainability and Climate Action Planning
