The City of Socorro, New Mexico is requesting proposals to provide Professional Engineering Services to include Grants Consulting and Management, Planning, Design Services, and Engineering for the City of Socorro, under an On-Call Service Agreement. Applicants must be licensed professional engineers in the State of New Mexico. Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 pm, February 9, 2021 at 111 School of Mines Road, Socorro, New Mexico 87801. At that time proposals will be opened publicly and recorded. The envelope shall be addressed to: City of Socorro Leopoldo (Polo) Pineda, Jr. Chief Procurement Officer 111 School of Mines Road Socorro, New Mexico 87801 Any proposals received after the above date and/or time will be returned unopened. All proposals must be clearly marked “On-Call Engineering Services, RFP No. 020921, February 9, 2021, 3:00 pm” on the lower left corner of the envelope. The proposer shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of the Proposal.
