On-Call Emergency Restoration Services

Description

The Department of Public Works (Department) is seeking On-Call Emergency Restoration Services companies. The anticipated services are to be performed within a designated area of the County. However, if the need arises, the Owner reserves the right to require the vendor to work at any location or facility under the jurisdiction of the Owner. The work to be done consists, in general, of providing essential and time-sensitive projects as they may occur and providing all labor, materials, tools, appurtenances, and equipment required as well as any other items and details not mentioned but required to complete the work and as directed by the Director of Public Works or the Director's designee.The target start date and term for the proposed services are subject to negotiation of a final agreement. The Department intends to bring under contract two (2) vendors to provide on-call emergency restoration services with an aggregate fiscal obligation not to exceed $2,000,000 for each agreement. Separate Task Orders will be issued under each agreement, as warranted, throughout the term of the Agreement.
