The City of Papillion is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call electrical maintenance services for City managed facilities. It is at the sole discretion of the City to determine the number of contractors in which the City will enter into an agreement for electrical services. The City is seeking to select contractors for a preferred short list with expertise in this field for the following but not limited to: on call workload needs, typical small an/or planned electrical work, and may include large scale work up to, but not exceeding $50,000. Award of a contract does not obligate the City to engage the Contractor in performing any minimum amount of service during the contract period. This will be a one (1) year contract term, with up to two (2) renewal extensions, each length of new contract term is one (1) year. This contract will be under the general guidance of the City of Papillion Public Works Department.
