On-Call Drywall Installation & Repair Services

Description

The purpose of this bid is to establish a contract with one vendor for all the County’s needs related to the scope of work below. This contract is for on-call or as-needed services and there is no guarantee of the amount of work available. The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and labor necessary to fix, replace, patch, texture and do all the necessary work to install new drywall and repair any damaged Drywall, Lathe and plaster repair in Washington County per scope of work or specific drawings. The Contractor shall perform all the necessary measures to match and restore the original shape and texture to minimize the possibility of reoccurrence of cracks.  Prior to work beginning, the County will require a guaranteed not to exceed price for each project. This number will be provided as a quote detailing the hours, materials needed, and any other necessary information related to pricing.      The Contractor will visit the building's and verify the job before submitting quote.
