On-Call District Engineer-Equivalent Services for Infrastructure and Planning

Notice Inviting ProposalsWest County Wastewater District ("WCW") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call engineering consulting services for WCW's Infrastructure and Planning Department ("Services"), as further detailed in Section 3, Scope of Services. The selected Consultant shall act as WCW&rsquo;s primary technical engineering advisor and shall perform professional engineering services under the direction of the General Manager or designee. Services will be provided on an on‑call, task‑order basis and shall include administrative oversight, strategic leadership, technical review, mentorship, emergency response, and capital project support in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. If approved by WCW's Board of Directors, the successful Proposer will execute an agreement in the form of Attachment A for a three (3)-year base term with up to two (2) one-year option terms.The project scope, content of proposal, and selection process are summarized in this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
