Notice Inviting ProposalsWest County Wastewater District ("WCW") is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide 'Scope Description ("Services"), as further detailed in Section 3, Scope of Services. If approved by WCW's Board of Directors, the successful Proposer will execute an agreement in the form of Attachment A for a three (3) year base term with up to two (2) one year option terms.The Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. There is no guarantee of any amount of work or level of effort that will be ordered or allocated, or total compensation to be paid to any Consultant under the Agreement.The project scope, content of proposal, and selection process are summarized in this Request for Proposals ("RFP").
