On-Call Construction, Repair & Demolition Services

Description

The City of Roswell, New Mexico is requesting proposals from qualified and properly licensed contractors to establish a pool of contractors to provide on-call construction, repair, renovation, remodeling, demolition, and related services on an as-needed basis.Services may be performed at City-owned facilities, buildings, properties, and other locations under the City's responsibility. Demolition services may also be performed at privately owned properties where the City has obtained lawful authority to demolish or remove condemned, dangerous, unsafe, fire-damaged, abandoned, or otherwise substandard buildings or structures.The City intends to award contracts to up to six (6) qualified contractors in order to maintain adequate contractor availability, capacity, specialized expertise, and competition for individual projects. Award of an on-call contract does not guarantee any minimum amount of work, number of projects, or compensation.
