On-Call Construction Management Services

Description

The City of Santa Cruz Water Department (SCWD) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SoQs) from consultants, individuals or firms (Consultant), who provide construction management services with a focus on public infrastructure projects, including construction inspection and contract administration. The City intends to award a two-year contract to a single Consultant with options to renew annually for construction management services as needed. The purpose of this on-call construction management contract is to augment Water staff resources implementing Capital Investment Program (CIP) projects with a typical value of $1-3 million in scope. Due to the on-call nature of the work, no specific work is guaranteed and the scope of work will vary by project. A detailed outline of potential services that will be performed by the Consultant is given in Section 4 Preliminary Scope of Services. The Proposer shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, tax, apparatus, facilities, labor, transportation, supervision, and management, not specifically provided by the City, to complete work described in this RFQ.
