On-Call Bridge Maintenance Services (15% SBE)

Description

This solicitation is to implement bridge maintenance activities on a work order basis.  The geographic extent of the work is all RTD bridges, adjacent and attached structures, and culverts owned by RTD.Work could include, but not be limited to the following:1. Cyclic activitiesVegetation controlGeneral cleaning and power washingCleaning drains to ensure they are functionalExpansion joint cleaningSealing and waterproofingJoints sealing2. As-needed basisFix defects as they occur or are discoveredConcrete repair (removing loose concrete, patching, plinth repair, etc.)Expansion joint repair and replacementBridge Connection replacement and tighteningCleaning and lubricating bearingsCheck and tighten and/or replace boltsCoating corroded elements of bridgesSign installation (vertical clearance, Identification signs, etc.)Erosion repairUtility attachment repair (ground wires, lights. etc.)Fence replacementProtection barriers, and urgent work needed on roadway bridges affecting rail, including bridges owned by other entities
