Description

The contractor will provide audio-visual equipment and support for school events such as assemblies, concerts, meetings, performances, and presentations. Vendor is expected to set up and operate audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and lighting. Responsibilities & Duties:Provide audio-visual equipment and support for school events such as assemblies, concerts, meetings, performances, and presentations.Set up and operate audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and lighting. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during events. Provide training and support to school staff on the proper use of audio-visual equipment. Maintain and repair audio-visual equipment as needed. Provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements to audio-visual equipment. Cover audio and video needs for school productions, music performances, and ceremonies such as graduations. Build, maintain and update equipment inventory database Support the training of technicians to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner Support theater staff and vendors where applicable  Expectations:The contractor will be available on an on-call basis to provide audio-visual services for school events.The contractor will guarantee availability if given (3) business days' notice.The contractor will respond to service requests within a reasonable timeframe.The contractor will provide high-quality audio-visual services that meet the needs of the school district. The contractor will maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when working with school staff and students. The contractor will adhere to all school district policies and pro
