On-Call Architectural Services for the City of Gallup

Description

The City of Gallup, hereinafter referred to as the “City,” is soliciting proposals from legally registered and licensed professional architectural firms in the State of New Mexico, hereinafter referred to as the “Architect,” for the purpose of having such Architect available to perform On Call General Architectural Services for City of Gallup facilities and grounds.  Offerors must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience providing architectural services for municipal or public sector projects similar in scope and complexity to those described in this RFP. Experience may be demonstrated through the firm's history or through the combined experience of key personnel.   Contracts resulting from this solicitation will have a base period of This is an indefinite quantity contract from the date of contract acceptance and shall automatically renew for one (1) additional two (2) year period unless sooner terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this bid.
