The Project consists of constructing two new traffic signals at the intersection of Old US 1 at Holland Road and Friendship Road.The bid package shall be emailed to by the date and time specified per the project page at https://townofapex.idtplans.com/secure/ with subject “BID FOR Old US 1 at Holland and Friendship Road Traffic Signal Project”. A pre-bid conference will held at 3:00 PM local time on August 18, 2026 at the Main Conference Room of the Town of Apex Water Resources Administration Building at 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, NC 27502. Attendance is highly encouraged, but not mandatory.
