Old Pine Tree Cemetery Road Paving Project

Description

The City of Lebanon Public Works Department is seeking bids for reclamation and paving work on 9,040' of Old Pine Tree Cemetery Road.The base bid for the project consists of reclaiming the base materials to a depth of 12” from Sta 31+50 to Sta 72+40, adding and mixing into the reclaimed base 9” of fine crushed stone from Sta 31+50 to Sta 39+00 and Sta 56+50 to Sta 72+40, and paving from Sta 31+50 to Sta 72+40 with 2.5” of base bituminous concrete asphalt pavement and 1.5” of wearing bituminous concrete asphalt pavement to the limits of work shown on the plans.The Additive Alternate for the project consists of reclaiming the base materials to a depth of 12” from Sta 0+00 to Sta 31+50 and Sta 72+40 to Sta 90+40 and paving these two sections with 2.5” of base bituminous concrete asphalt pavement and 1.5” of wearing bituminous concrete asphalt pavement to the limits of work shown on the plans.The project also includes adjusting water gate valve boxes, adjusting catch basin grates and manhole covers, pavement markings, traffic control, loam, seed, and mulch of disturbed slopes, erosion and sediment control, and miscellaneous work and cleanup.
