Old North Bend Road Sidewalks

Description

The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the BCFY23-26 Old North Bend Road Sidewalk Project. This project is for the construction of approximately 1,239 LF of sidewalk, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project.Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Kentucky to provide said surety. Bids must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein.It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than November 30, 2023. The successful bidder will be required to have a current Occupational License in Boone County before the contract will be awarded.
