The work is located at the following location: 12406 Old National Pike, Mount Airy, MD 21771.The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but is not limitedto the following:Installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, earthwork and massgrading, storm drain structures and pipe, construction of park roads and parking lots, sitefurnishings, signage, fencing, gates, athletic courts and landscaping. Site work shall beunclassified. A fully functioning temporary construction trailer shall be installed prior to the startof construction.Grant Funding: This Project will utilize Local Parks and Playgrounds Infrastructure (LPPI) as wellas Project Open Space (POS) Funds.
