ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS MINNEHAHA COUNTY OLD COURTHOUSE WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT Minnehaha County will be accepting sealed bids for the Minnehaha County Old Courthouse Water Service Replacement project. Specifications and other documents may be obtained from Associated Consulting Engineering, Inc, 340 S. Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104, (605) 335-3720. Sealed bids will be received at the Auditor’s office 415 N. Dakota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, until 10:00 a.m. on July 22, 2026. At 10:15 a.m., bids will be publicly opened and read in the Minnehaha County Old Courthouse Museum conference room on second floor. Bids will be presented to the County Commission on or near August 4, 2026, for their consideration. Bids must be accompanied by a Cashier’s Check payable to Minnehaha County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bids shall be marked “Minnehaha County Old Courthouse Water Service Replacement”. Minnehaha County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. A Pre-bid Conference will be held on July 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Minnehaha County Old Courthouse Museum south Lobby. A walk-through of the work areas will follow.
