The County of Tuolumne, through its Health and Human Services Agency, is requesting proposals from individuals and community-based organizations qualified to provide site management services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week at the County's Oak Terrace Navigation Center, located at 20420 Rafferty Ct, Soulsbyville, CA 95372, with 25 bedrooms to serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness.The County intends to award one (1) contract to a successful respondent to this RFP. It is expected the successful respondent to this RFP will be fully ready to operate the Navigation Center by Winter 2023.
