Nutrition RFP -Home Delivered Meals

Description

Do you know an older adult who could benefit from having access to a hot meal delivered to their home? Do you serve older adults and want to provide nutritious and community appropriate meals to these program participants? Do you have the capacity to serve home delivered meals that meet federal, state and local food standards to a large swath of Washington County? If you answered yes to any of the above questions then we want to hear from you. We are seeking home delivered meal program proposals from community organizations, senior centers and/or others that work with the older adult population in Washington County.Our hope is to serve as many older adults as funding allows and we are seeking new ways of connecting with older adults we may not have previously served. This is where your organization comes in. Please let us know your ideas and plans for providing home delivered meals to older adults from varying communities throughout Washington County. Let us know other partners you may collaborate with through funding, shared kitchen space, etc.
