SUMMARY: Seeking proposals from qualified marketing, public relations and fundraising agency partners. Sealed bids will be received in the Chambers of the Brown County Board of Commissioners at the Court House Annex, Aberdeen, SD until the hour of 8:45 A.M., on November 10, 2026 all bids will be publicly opened, read and considered. PROJECT BACKGROUND: The project will transition from the existing 1921 facility to a new, modern 80 x 200-foot, climate-controlled complex designed to better serve youth and the broader community. The facility will feature versatile meeting spaces, classrooms, a kitche, and areas for community events and gatherings. The estimated project cost is $3 million.
