I SECTION 00 02 00 - NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received: By: Three Rivers Community Schools 851 Sixth Avenue Three Rivers, MI 49093 For: Three Rivers Middle School Roof Replacement 1101 Jefferson Street Three Rivers, MI 49093 At: Three Rivers Community Schools Administration Office 851 Sixth Avenue Three Rivers, MI 49093 Until: (2:00 pm local time), on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at shortly after 2:00 pm (local time), in Three Rivers Community Schools administrative office board room. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one or more prime contracts with the Owner based on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 3:00 pm, local time, at Three Rivers Middle School. Attendance by bidders is optional, but recommended, to clarify or answer questions concerning the Drawings and Project Manual for the Project. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for one hundred percent ( 100%) of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Contractors submitting bids for the performance of any Work as specified in this building Project should make such Bids to Three Rivers Community Schools.
