ADVERTISEMENT Notice is hereby given that this project is being advertised in accordance with N.J.A.C. 40A:11-23(a) and that sealed bids will be received by the Township of Gloucester for the “Emergency Repairs to Wastewater Conveyance System, Mains, and Laterals and Supplemental Construction Services” project and will be opened and read in public at the Township’s Municipal Building Council Room located at 1261 Chews Landing Road, Laurel Springs, New Jersey, 08021 on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time. Services to be provided consist of maintaining and furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for performing emergency repairs to wastewater mains, laterals, and associated appurtenances, as well as, providing supplementary construction services on a 24-hour basis throughout the term of the contract. Work to be performed may include repair/installation of equipment, piping, laterals, force mains, manholes, and other associated appurtenances, as well as, excavation, dewatering, sheeting, bracing, clearing, grading, site restoration, rigging, concrete work, and paving restoration. Plans, Specifications and forms of bid for the proposed work prepared by Pennoni Associates, Municipal Engineers, and approved by the Township of Gloucester have been filed in the office of said ENGINEER, at 515 Grove Street, Suite 1B, Haddon Heights, New Jersey 08035 (Telephone No. 856-547-0505), and may be inspected by prospective bidders during regular business hours. Digital copies of the Bid Documents will be provided and may be obtained at no cost by contacting Pennoni Associates, by e-mail at ABorstad@Pennoni.com with a cc to RNasuti@Pennoni.com. Bids must be made on the standard Proposal form in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Township of Gloucester, and must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check drawn to the order of the Township of Gloucester for ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said security need not be more than $20,000.00. All bid guarantees shall be accompanied by an executed consent from an approved surety company, licensed to conduct business in the State of New Jersey, agreeing to furnish the required Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond upon the award of contract.
