CITY OF SPRINGFIELD OREGON NOTICE OF SPECIAL PROCUREMENT #3158 SPRINGFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT, MUNICIPAL JAIL JAIL MEDICAL SERVICES The Springfield City Council, acting as the local contract review board, approved a contract-specific Special Procurement process pursuant ORS 279B.085 for a one-year extension to the current contract for jail medical services with Wellpath, LLC. The related Council Agenda documents and its attachments are available at laserfiche.springfield-or.gov/weblink under City Council Documents. An affected person must deliver a written protests to the City’s procurement officer within 7 days of this notice. The written protest must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; and 3. The relief requested. A protest must be clearly labeled and include the Special Procurement number. Protests must be mailed to Jessica Mumme, Deputy Finance Director, Finance Department, City of Springfield, 225 5th St, Springfield, OR 97477, or emailed to purchasing@springfieldor.gov.
