CITY OF SPRINGFIELD OREGON Notice of Sole Source Procurement #C3446 Notice is hereby given that the City of Springfield intends to enter into a sole source contract in accordance with OAR 137-047-0275 with Life Flight Network, LLC to provide for the administration of the Fire Med ambulance membership program. Any person may submit a written protest specific to this sole-source notice within seven days of the date of this public notice. The protest shall provide a detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest, a description of the resulting harm to the Affected Person, and the relief requested. Protests shall be handled pursuant to OAR 137047-0710. Written protests must be delivered to the Finance Department of the City of Springfield no later than 5:00 pm, Thursday, July 20, 2023. Written protests received after the closing date and time are late and will not be considered. Postmarks, facsimiles, and electronic protests will NOT be considered. Protests must be submitted in writing to the City of Springfield, Finance Department, Attn: Neil Obringer, 225 5th Street, Springfield, OR 97477. This notice is given in accordance with the provisions of Springfield Municipal Code 2.700, Oregon Revised Statutes, ORS 279B.075 and ORS 279A.065, and Oregon Administrative Rule, OAR 137-047-0275.
