NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK The Allen County Board of Commissioners is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its Allen County Courthouse Renovation Project. The Project is anticipated to include the renovation of all four floors of the courthouse, the creation of multiple holding cells, and upgrade to building mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and life safety.
