RE: Pre-bid Meeting Property Name: Okeechobee/Osceola Farm Labor Housing Project Property Location: Site 1: Okeechobee Center 101 Everglades St. Belle Glade, FL. 33430 Site 2: Osceola Center 1204 NW Ave. L Belle Glade, FL. 33430. Nelson and Associates, Inc, (Nelson), acting on behalf of BGHA is soliciting proposals from appropriately licensed and qualified Asbestos Consultants and Environmental Hygienist to perform selective surveys and assessments of multi-family housing units in Belle Glade Florida. Such work will include but not be limited to: ❖ Asbestos detection, testing and analysis. ❖ Lead Base Paint testing. ❖ Indoor Air Quality sampling and testing. ❖ Mold and Mildew evaluation. ❖ Written reports for each individual unit. ❖ Remediation and correction recommendations. Per the previous notifications, time is of the essence and to accommodate a demanding schedule Nelson will be conducting a virtual pre-bid meeting on Tuesday May 16tth at 11:00AM, At that time we will be available to answer any questions regarding the previously posted solicitation (attached).
