Notice of Invitation to Bid Construction Services The Physical Plant of Southern Arkansas University, Arkansas is soliciting bids from qualified firms or individuals to provide dirt and concrete construction services. The successful bidder will perform site work, build a dirt pad, and install concrete for a 4,800 square foot building to be added later, but is not in this bid. Bids will be accepted until 2:00pm on September 29, 2026. The complete “Invitation to Bid” including specifications and drawings is available on the University’s website at www.saumag.edu or by contacting Kyle Newton, Director for Facilities at kylenewton@saumag.edu. All bids must be on the company letterhead with their Arkansas License number, and proof of bid bond. Southern Arkansas University reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
