NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that Fountain Green City intends to sell certain real property owned by the City located at approximately 800 West, between Center Street and 100 North, described as S-18172X17. The City Council has declared the property to be surplus and not needed for public use. The City will consider sealed offers for the purchase of this property in accordance with applicable laws and City policies. Minimum offer to be $20,000. State Street frontdesk@fountaingreencity.gov The City makes no claim to suitability of said real property. The City office will accept sealed bids during regular office hours until June 11, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Bids will be opened on June 18, 2026 during the regular city council meeting.
