LSMS also facilitates seamless integration of biographical data and automatically generates compliant Electronic Biometric Transmission Specification (EBTS) files for secure submission to state and federal Automated Fingerprint or Biometric Identification Systems.This waiver is requested to support future acquisitions of HID hardware, software, or maintenance services needed to sustain existing systems and ensure uninterrupted background screening, which is critical to the mission of Facilities Management's Operations Center.
