TLC Company, Inc., is the apparent lowest and most responsive Bidder to the subject IFB. Santa Fe County intends to proceed with contract award with TLC Company, Inc., for the above subject project in the amount of $4,242,799.80, exclusive of New Mexico Gross Receipts Tax. In accordance with the requirements set forth in the subject IFB. Please note, no work shall be initiated until you receive a fully executed Agreement, a County issued Purchase Order (PO) and a Notice to Proceed (NTP) from the Project Manager, Mr. Mike Hart. Once the contract and PO have been fully executed, the Project Manager will contact you to schedule a project “kick-off” meeting. The Payment and Performance Bonds, Labor and Material Payment Bond and Liability Insurance Certificate will be required within seven (7) days of the signed contract. The bonds shall be valued at 100% of the Bid submitted by your firm. Please confirm receipt of this letter via e-mail to tjim@santafecountynm.gov by the end of business day Thursday, April 16, 2026.
