An Open House to view the shelters and conduct all necessary due diligence will be held from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm on October 27, 2026. Bids may be placed between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm, November 6, 2026, with bids closing at exactly 4:00:00 pm. A buyer’s premium of 10% will be added to the winning bid.
