NOTICE OF LOTTERY FOR FOUR (4) 50’x54’ AIRPORT HANGAR SPACES The City of Mitchell does hereby provide this Notice of Lottery for the opportunity to rent a 50’x54’ hangar space. Four (4) spaces are available. All interested parties must submit the provided form in a sealed envelope to the Finance Office no later than 1:30 PM on October 28, 2026 to be eligible for the lottery. Forms for submittal may be received at the Finance Office or by contacting the Public Works Department at (605)995-8433. The lottery will commence immediately after opening the submitted forms. The initial monthly rental fee will be $450 per month and is subject to change per the lease agreement. The initial lease is five (5) years and is renewable per the terms of the agreement. An individual may only submit one form. If less than four (4) are submitted, individuals who submitted forms may be placed in the lottery to be selected for multiple after the initial assignments are made.
