Santee School District 9625 Cuyamaca Street Santee, CA 92071 NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PRECONSTRUCTION AND LEASE-LEASEBACK SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Santee School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from qualified lease-leaseback firms to provide preconstruction and lease-leaseback construction services for the Capital Improvement Program Project. Lease-leaseback firms must also be prequalified in order to submit a proposal. Prequalification packages must be submitted to the District no later than April 18, 2019. The RFP describes the scope of the preconstruction services, the scope of the project, the selection process, and the information that is required to be included in the proposal. The recommendation for award will be made to the firm that provides the best value to the District as set forth in the RFP. The RFP and prequalification package is available on the District’s website, www.santeesd.net/page/7664, or by contacting Christina Becker at christina.becker@santeesd.net. The proposal in the form specified in the RFP must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., on May 3, 2019 at: Christina Becker Santee School District 9625 Cuyamaca Street Santee, CA 92071 Any failure to submit the proposals before the deadline will cause the proposal to be rejected and returned unopened. Each proposer is solely responsible for the timely delivery of their proposal. A mandatory job walk/conference is scheduled for April 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at Chet F Harritt School: 8120 Arlette St, Santee CA 92071. Failure to attend the job walk/conference may result in the rejection of your proposal. The District reserves the right to waive any minor or immaterial deviations in the RFP, the proposals received, or reject all proposals if so determined by the District’s governing board.
