North Vineyard Station Open Space Preserve Trail And Landscaping Project – Elder Creek Phase 3/5 & Gerber Creek Phase 1A/2 - Rebid

Description

The Project will install native plantings, irrigation, and multi-use trails within an open space preserve creek corridor along sections of Elder Creek and Gerber Creek.  The Project will install native plantings over approximately 29.5 acres, an irrigation system, approximately 1,685 feet of paved bicycle path, and all other work specified on the plans and in the specifications. The Project creek sections will be landscaped as a natural riparian corridor by planting native trees, shrubs, wetlands, and grasses within the creek bottom, along the channel banks, and surrounding uplands.  The Project includes a minimum 5-year monitoring period that begins after plant installation.The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in specifications. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the specifications, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the County.
