The County of Rockingham, (the County) a political subdivision of the State of Virginia is seeking proposals from Engineer firms authorized to do business in the State of Virginia, to evaluate the North Route 11 Corridor, as defined in the following depiction, for consideration to current and future traffic, utilities, and land use needs. The final deliverables would provide a comprehensive evaluation and master plan of this area for short- and long-term planning purposes, to an estimated horizon of 2050.
