Nonresidential Real Estate Services

Description

Leon County Government “County” is accepting proposals from qualified Brokers to conduct Nonresidential Real Estate Services, as described in the Scope of Services, on an as needed basis as directed by County Administration and the Real Estate Office of the Leon County Division of Facilities Management (the “Real Estate Office”).The County intends to execute a multi‐year, task assignment contract with the responsive and responsible contractor whose response is recommended by the Evaluation Committee and determined by the Board of County Commissioners to provide the best value to the County.The Agreement resulting from this solicitation is anticipated to be for a period of two (2) years. After the initial two (2) year period, at the sole option of the County, this Agreement may be extended for no more than three additional one (1) year periods. Such one (1) year extensions will be automatic unless the County provides written notice of non-renewal to the Contractor no less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of the then current term.
