In general, the successful bidder will provide non-fuel petroleum products and bulk lubricants on an “as needed” basis for the City of Pueblo Fleet Division. Submitted prices are to include all charges for materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the commodity as listed within this IFB.
