In general, the successful bidder will provide non-fuel petroleum products and bulk lubricants on an “as needed” basis for the Pueblo Fleet Department and Pueblo Transit bus fleet. Submitted prices are to include all charges for materials, supplies, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the commodity as listed within this IFB.
