The City of Pueblo is inviting proposals from qualified modular construction companies ("Contractor") to design and build non-congregate sheltering structures at the existing Pueblo Shelter Site, located at the 700 Block of West 4th Street, Pueblo, CO, 81003.The preferred design should feature cost-effective modular construction, incorporating multiple efficiency units per structure. Each unit must be ADA-compliant and conform to the minimum standards of the International Residential Code (IRC). The structures may either be permanently installed or designed as on-frame units.
