At this time, the Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) is canceling and not awarding this project. MHA has reviewed the proposals submitted and determined in the best interest of the Authority to reject all submissions in accordance with Section 2.9 of RFP 2023-13 of this project as the costs are outside of MHA’s estimated budget. MHA will determine if the scope for this project will be revisited at a later date. If such a decision is made, each respondent will be allowed to submit a new proposal in accordance with the new solicitation.
