No Award Notification

Office of Procurement January 22, 2026 RE: No Award – RFP# UAPB A208 Executive Search Services To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas Procurement division has reviewed the bid submissions for the above-mentioned RFP. The bid due date was January 8, 2026. The University received seven (7) responses. Following the review, the University has determined that the scope of work requires revision. The University’s leadership has identified a change in institutional needs and the services originally solicited. It will be replaced with a revised scope. Because these changes are material and affect the basis on which proposals are submitted. The University cannot proceed with an award under the current solicitation. The letter serves as a formal notification of a “No Award”. We will revise the scope and issue a rebid to ensure fair competition for this service. The University of Arkansas encourages and appreciates the participation of our vendor community. We are thankful for the time and effort expended in responding to this RFP.
