Office of Procurement March 3, 2026 RE: No Award – RFP# UAPB A213 JOB Order Contract: HVAC To All Respondents: The University of Arkansas Procurement division has reviewed the bid submission for the above mentioned RFP. The bid due date was February 20, 2026. The University received one (1) response. Upon the results of the bid and review by Procurement, this letter of “No Award” serves as notification that contract negotiations will not proceed. We will revise and issue a rebid to receive competition for this service. The University of Arkansas encourages and appreciates the participation of our vendor community.
